A Central Committee of sixty members, of whom thirty live in Paris and thirty in various countries. (HB 1929) Un Comité central siégeant à Paris. Legs et fondations, dons et cotisations (minimum 12 francs par an). Dépenses annuelles pour l'ouvre scolitaire: 2.000.000 francs, et pour l'ouvre d'assistance: 500.000 francs.
