Permettre aux sociétaires de se rendre compte des méthodes nouvelles et des moyens nouveaux de traitement, de prophylaxie, d'assistance et de la salubrité publique;en favorisant l'instruction scientifique et professionnelle et en organisant des centres de renseignements et de documentation , surtout pour les étrangers. To keep members informed of new methods in medical treatment, prophylaxis, public relief and sanitation by encouraging scientific and professional instruction and organising centres for information and documentation, especially for foreigners (HB 1929).
