To promote international friendship and cultural relations through students of all countries in the world and to offer proper guidance and assistance to foreign students studying in Japan.Activities
1. Exchange, inviting and sending of students, delivery of scholarship, etc. 2. Supply of residential accommodation. 3. Instruction of Japanese language. 4. Assistance and advice relevant to, the entrance into a school and other matters concerning school and study. 5.
