Object

To plan for the advance of science and the development of culture.

Activities

1. To hold meetings (general and departmental) for the purpose of discussing scientific and cultural matters. 2. To promote science by collecting scientific thesis, plans, materials, etc., and inducing members to submit thesis and reports on their special studies. 3. To co-operate with and join foreign scientific bodies for the purpose of research. 4. To answer to the Minister of Education in questions relative to science and culture. 5. Presentation to the Minister of Education of an annual report on the Academy's activities.
